Almost three years have passed since the attacks by the so-called Islamic group Hamas on Israel, yet debates and speculations in the media continue. However, to date, none of these media outlets or news analysts have provided a credible analysis that clearly and comprehensively explains the nature of Hamas’s attacks in accordance with international law. The aim of this talks is to outline the international law aspects of Hamas’s initial attacks on Israel and their implications.
